Refund Policy

14-day full refund, no questions asked.
If Touchscreen Gestures doesn't work for you for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

  1. Reply to your purchase receipt, or email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your Stripe session ID (starts with cs_) or your licence key if you have it — this helps us locate your purchase faster, but it's not strictly required.
  3. Tell us briefly why you're requesting a refund. Feedback is optional but helps us improve.

What happens next

Bulk / volume orders

For volume orders (multiple licences purchased in a single checkout), refunds are issued for the full order. Partial refunds of individual keys within a bulk order are handled case-by-case — reply to your purchase email and we'll work with you.

EU consumers

Under Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Touchscreen Gestures is delivered as a digital download, your statutory right of withdrawal is expressly waived at checkout via the checkout consent checkbox, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 3ιβ(m) of Greek Law 2251/1994. See §6 of our Terms of Service for the full text.

This waiver does not affect your statutory rights regarding non-conforming or defective digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770 — 2-year legal guarantee of conformity). It also does not affect our voluntary 14-day refund offer above, which we offer independently of any statutory obligation.
